Return Policy

  • Regularly stocked items must be returned within 14 days.
  • All returns must be in their original packaging in brand-new, unused condition
  • Specially ordered items can not be returned.
  • All returns must have a return order number from customer service either by email or phone: help@selbystorefixtures.com
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs on return or canceled shipments. You can use the carrier of your choice.  All returns must have a tracking number and reference the return order number.  Selby Store Fixtures is not responsible for the loss of any return that cannot be tracked.  
  • We will refund the cost of the merchandise, not including any shipping or packing charges
  • Refunds will only be made to the same credit card or form of payment that was used on the original invoice.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.
  • Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges if they decide to refuse delivery.
